All our replacement remote control handsets are guaranteed for 180 days from the date of purchase against failure due to a manufacturing fault.

This warranty is extended to 360 days if batteries are purchased from RemoteControls.co.uk Ltd. and installed in the unit.

This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the handset caused by the purchaser, or any damage caused by the leakage of chemicals from any batteries fitted to the handset.

Should the replacement remote control not operate with the intended product or have a manufacturers fault a new replacement or a full refund will be offered to the customer upon receipt of the replacement purchased from this web site.
